Company Secretary Assistant

Job Requirements
Minimum grad at Diploma in Corporate Law or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in corporations or firms.
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Handle formation of new Company.
Prepare, update and maintain minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.
To monitor and ensure statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated.
To follow up and ensure all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the stipulated deadlines.
To send reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and any compliance issue.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities and authorities and advisors such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors etc.
Other related tasks and duties.
