Job Requirements  

  • Minimum grad at  Diploma in Corporate Law or related field 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience  in corporations or firms.

  • Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and report writing skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Handle formation of new Company.

  • Prepare, update and maintain minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.

  • To monitor and ensure statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated.

  • To follow up and ensure all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the stipulated deadlines.

  • To send reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and any compliance issue.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and relevant authorities and authorities and advisors such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors etc.

  • Other related tasks and duties.
