- For workplaces with 5 or more employees, it is mandatory to appoint an OSH coordinator.
- The role of the OSH coordinator is to coordinate OSH issues in the workplace and ensure the safety and health of all individuals.

【Non-compliance Results in RM50,000 Fine🚫】
- Under the revised OSH regulations, the government may classify any non-compliance or negligence as an offense and impose a fine not exceeding RM50,000.00 or imprisonment for up to 2 years, or both.
